No, this is a free service. However, note that text message and data fees may be charged by your service provider to receive text alerts.
Simple. Just log into Online Banking and select your name at the top right, then find "Alerts" under Settings. You can choose the alerts you wish to receive from the "Alert Options" tab at the top righthand corner of Online Banking.
Yes. When setting up alerts, use the link in the "Contact Options" tab to add additional email addresses and text numbers.
When setting up alerts from the Contact Options tab, click “Send activation code.” Type the code you receive into the activation box.
Yes. Each alert you choose has a “do not disturb” option. Any alerts generated during that time period will be held until that period ends.
Yes, log into Online Banking and go to the "Sent Alerts" screen to:
- View a list of your alerts with details
- Mark as read or delete past alerts
- View past alerts from our Mobile Banking app
From the "Alerts" screen, click the "Overview" tab to view all of your alerts. Click to edit or delete any existing alert.
Alerts will soon offer the ability to take action directly from the alert.
Yes. Once you log in to the mobile banking app, from the menu find Settings then Alerts. Turn on "Push Notifications." Once turned on, you can set up account or security alerts and view your recent history of alerts sent.
Mobile Banking is currently available for smartphones, iPads 5th generation Version 11.0 and Android 5.0 or above.
You would receive a push notification for the Mobile alert and you would receive the same alert via text, email, or secure inbox for the Online Banking alert.
